Every photo, video and piece of music you have put in your folders, gathered on one timeline by the day you added it, with a player that remembers where you stopped.
It is the DatsLibrary tile (🎞️) in Applications on your page, and it opens at /me/library. Nothing moves to appear there: the library is a view over your Personal Folders — My Photos, My Videos and My Music, plus any album you make inside them — newest first, grouped by day. Tap anything to open it full-screen; tap a video or a track you stopped part-way and it carries on from there. It is yours alone: a Personal Folder is never shown to anyone else, and neither is the library built from them. See Personal folders.
How to

What it can do
- See your photos, videos and music on one timeline, newest first, grouped by day
- Filter the timeline to Videos, Photos or Music with the buttons at the top
- Open an album — a folder inside My Photos, My Videos or My Music — as its own timeline
- Play a video or a track full-screen and step to the previous or next item
- Pick up a video or a track where you stopped, from the Continue watching row
- See the last-known timeline when the connection fails, with a line saying how old it is
Worth knowing
⭐ The folder decides what is on the timeline, not the file. My Photos, My Videos and My Music are on it from the start; a folder you create yourself is a plain folder of files and stays off it, and a subfolder inside a timeline folder is simply an album. Documents never appear on the timeline even when they sit in My Videos — it is a wall of media, and the folders grid is where documents live.
⚠️ A video kept in your own cloud drive may show no length on its tile. The length is read from what DatsMe learned when the file was first stored; once the file lives only in your Drive that fact is not chased. It still plays.
⚠️ There is no shelf for films yet. The timeline is for media you made — a recital, a trip, a recording. A collection of films organised by title, with posters and seasons, is a separate decision that has not been taken; until it is, a ripped film is just a long video on the day you added it.
⚠️ When the connection fails the library still paints. It shows the last timeline it managed to load, with a small Updated N min ago · couldn't refresh line under the title, and clears that line the moment a refresh succeeds. That line is the only sign — the tiles look the same either way — so if it is there, the newest files are not yet showing.
Who can see it
The library shows only your folders and only to you. There is no setting to share it, because the folders it reads are the private ones — anything you want others to see goes in a collection instead. See Visibility & privacy.
