My devices

One page for everything about the machines you use DatsMe on — signing others out, fixing a stuck app, and building a complete archive of your data.

Settings → My Devices starts with the device you are holding and tells you what it is. Underneath are the things you would otherwise hunt for: how calls ring on this device, how to sign other devices out, how to force the app to reload if it looks stale, and the button that packages up everything DatsMe holds about you.

How to

What it can do

  • See what the app thinks the device you are using is
  • Check whether calls will ring on this device, and why they might not
  • Sign out every other device, or every device including this one
  • Force the app to fetch a fresh version when it looks stuck
  • Build a complete archive of your data

Worth knowing

Calls need nothing enabled in the app. On the DatsMe app this page states it plainly — Calls ring through your phone's notifications. This app sets that up automatically — there's nothing to enable here. If a call does not ring, the page's own checklist points at the phone rather than the app: the Silent switch, or a Focus / Do Not Disturb mode. See Notifications and Voice calls.

If the app looks stuck on an old version, Clear cache and reload is here — and the same options are on the floating home button, which you can press and hold (or right-click) from anywhere.

⚠️ Building an archive was not walked — the page is described from what it says, and no steps are given past pressing the button.
