Write the few lines about yourself that show on your page

Someone lands on your page and you want them to know who they are looking at.

Before you start

You are looking at your own page, signed in

Steps

Scroll to the paragraph under your quote and tap the round pencil button beside it.
It sits to the right of the text, not above it. If you have not written anything yet, there is placeholder text there to tap instead.
The paragraph turns into a box you can type in, and your keyboard opens.
Everything you had is selected the moment it opens, so the first thing you type would replace all of it. Tap once inside the box first to put the cursor somewhere and clear that selection.
Write what you want people to know.
Plain sentences. There is no formatting here — that is DatsBlog's job, see DatsBlog.
Tap Save, just below the box.
On a small screen with the keyboard open, Save and Cancel sit partly behind the bar at the bottom of the screen and you may only see their top halves. Tapping the visible half does work. Aim high — just below is the row of Chat / Mail / Me buttons, and hitting one of those leaves the page and throws the edit away.

You will know it worked when

The box turns back into ordinary text and your new paragraph is on the page, centred under your quote. Nothing else confirms it — if the words changed, it saved.
