Choose who can see one section of your page

You want to keep one part of your page — your interests, your folders — away from strangers without hiding everything.

Before you start

  • You are looking at your own page, signed in

Steps

  1. Open your own page and scroll to the section's heading, for example INTERESTS & HOBBIES.

  2. Look at the badge on the right of that heading. It shows the current level as a coloured dot and a word — a green Public, a yellow Friends, or a red Private.

  3. Tap the badge to move to the next level.

    Each tap moves one step and wraps around: Public → Friends → Private → Public. There is no menu to open and nothing to save.

You will know it worked when

The badge changes colour and word immediately, and it is already saved — a signed-out reader loading your page no longer sees that section at all. To see that for yourself, Preview your page as other people see it.

If it does not work

You set a section to Public but a stranger still cannot see what is inside it.
Something narrower is winning. Each collection has its own badge, and each item can have one too — the narrowest setting on the ladder decides, so a friends-only collection stays hidden inside a public section.
